My Practice Philosophy...
My practice philosophies are based on a blending of ideals, experiences, and advise from my life. I believe that patients are the most important guide to what healing is needed and that my role is to provide education and support regarding medical issues to help choose the treatment that is most appropriate for an individual. I provide medical options and my educated opinion, but the ultimate treatment choices are a joint decision between practitioner and patient. Listening to patients provides the most important clues as to what they are suffering from and how to best lead them back to optimum health and well-being. Management of diseases such as asthma and high blood pressure are best accomplished by lifestyle changes and education combined with medication when necessary. I use a myriad of therapies including traditional and herbal medications, massage, chiropractic, counseling, and diet modification and exercise to assist patients in achieving their health goals. I provide well-woman care such as pap smears and breast exams as well as assistance with decisions regarding contraception and menopause. I have extensive experience with children and am trained to care for them from birth through adulthood. I also care for all adults through regular check-ups, sick visits, and care of chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes. I have developed relationships with specialists in almost every health field and can call on them for advise and consultation whenever needed. This allows me to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art care for every member of the family.

STALLION'S presents - Monday nights Open Stage
by Shania Shane

This is Shania Shane with a quick note to let everyone know that Monday Night Open Stage is returning to Stallions. I'll be hosting Monday Open Stage and invite everyone to come out and join in the fun and entertainment. Anyone can do whatever they want to entertain the customers in Stallions lower level bar. This is not limited to just female illusion but to anything entertaining. Female Illusion is a major part of Monday Night Open Stage and would be a great way to practice numbers, choreography, and routines for shows or Pageants, sort of a captive judge panel or just come out and entertain in the art. But, Open stage means just that, Open stage. You
can be in drag, in costume, street clothes, boy, girl, crossdresser, transgendered, transsexual, whatever. You can sing live, do comedy routines, lip synch, do a magic show, tap dance, strut your stuff doing wild and free dancing to your choice of music, do skits, entertain in the art of female Illusion, just anything entertaining, it just doesn't matter just come out and strut your stuff and wow the customers. It's a night for beginners, amateurs, and pro's. Of course it is same as always, whatever
tips you get you keep. No pressure, no headaches, just pure fun and entertainment. Should prove to be a great Monday evening at Stallions.
> If anyone is interested in entertaining in
Monday Nights Open Stage, please send me an e-mail to let me know you'll be there so I can put you in the line up. You don't have to send me an e-mail you can just show up the night of Open Stage but then everyone will be put in the line up in the order they arrive. If you choose to send me an e-mail please try to send it to me at lease 3 days before Open Stage Night. Please send e-mails to _shaniashaine@aol.com_ (mail to:shaniashaine@aol.com)
. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me via e-mail or you can call me at
717-332-1247. Please forward this to anyone you might know who would be interested in joining in on Monday Night Open Stage Night and to also circulate the return of Monday Night Open stage in the community.
> Monday Night Open Stage will start sharply at 10 PM and run until 2 AM or until there's no audience. So everyone will have a chance to whatever they want and can do as many numbers as they want, no limit. The first Monday Night Open stage is set for May 2, 2005. at 10 PM sharp.
> Depending on the success of this first time back
Open Stage Monday, Stallions and Shania Shane will host others in June. Please pass this notice around for those who would like to practice their art.

Ellen's Corner

Hi Everybody,

It's SPRING! the grass has riz; I wonder where our membership is! This has been a very trying last couple of weeks. first my cat, Izzy, swallowed a needle and thread and apparently also about 2 feet of ribbon. This caused some major problems with the digestive tract. Unfortunately she didn't survive the surgery.

I never realized how much I depended on a computer for communication. My computer is back in the shop facing drastic surgery tomorrow. Hopefully I will be back online in a few days. It looks like I am going to lose everything that was on the computer since first the power supply failed ( sounded like firecrackers going off inside the PC) and now after that was replaced the Hard Drive failed. I am looking forward to the meeting this Saturday night.

It has been brought to my attention that some members may be interested in planning a trip to Club Z in Williamsport. I understand this is a neat and very Trans friendly spot. I would be interested in going. If a number of people want to go we can work out lodging and carpool. We can discuss this at the meeting.

If anyone has any ideas for programs, guest speakers, or other activities at our meetings, please contact me at CeeDee578@aol.com or see me at the meeting.
