On the second Friday of each month, we have our general meeting, which
begins at 9:30 P.M. At the general meetings, our staff usually begin by reporting
on official Renaissance of South Eastern Pa. business, and then we have an activity
or group discussion planned to conclude the meeting. Activities include parties
(we love food), guest speakers, presentations and demonstrations by guests or
Renaissance SEP members, or in-depth discussions about various transgender
issues. The general meetings normally last between one and two hours. After the
meetings, some of us go to our favorite LGBT-friendly nightclubs, Mingle among
ourselves and discuss issues with each other or just talk to new acquaintances.
Before the general meeting is our Transsexual / Transition / Crossdressing
Forum* beginning about 8:30 PM, for all who identify as transsexual and
Crossdresser, male-to-female or female-to-male. It is an open forum type discussion
group. This forum may last from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the
discussions.... the forum may divide into two groups, Transsexual / Transition
and Crossdressing, depending on those attending. After the forum we begin our
general meeting.
The doors open at 7:30 for those who wish to change into their preferred Gender
clothing for the meeting. There will be space provided for changing into and out of your
preferred clothing. There will also be refreshments provided. The forums begin at 8:30 so
there will be plenty of time to change and get ready.
It is the responsibility of the members attending the meetings to make sure the
meeting rooms and location are completely clean and left in good order, the same way they
were when you arrived. This is our good house keeping policy with the Meeting location.

Hello everyone!
As moderators of the Transition Forum, we would like to extend an invitation to all transsexuals and Crossdresser's, male-to-female or female-to-male, to join us for an open forum type discussion group. Our group offers acceptance, compassion, understanding, information and much more. During our meetings, we discuss all different aspects of Transsexual / Transition, and Crossdressing, from coming out of the closet, to surgery, and everything in between. Attendees range from first timers, to full timers. We have an open forum style, anything regarding Transsexual / Transition / Crossdressing, and what ever is related you want to discuss.
You will find our group to be friendly, compassionate and understanding. A place where you can be comfortable being yourself. If you are in search of acceptance, we have it. Information? ...... There's lots of advice to go around, most of it from those of us who have been where you are or are going. We learn from one another and each other’s experiences, successes and failures. We offer support for those who desire to take the next step.
We meet the second Friday of each month, just prior to the Renaissance SEP general membership meetings, usually starting approximately 9:30 pm. We do not tolerate any sort of discrimination and are open to all searching souls. So wherever you are in your transition, searching, in the closet, out of the closet, full time, part time or not, we welcome you!
Looking forward to seeing you there!!
